Important Health Notice

Secureretailerg's services are designed for wellness and fitness purposes only. We do not provide medical advice or treatment. Always consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have existing health conditions.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your health and fitness level
  • Follow safety guidelines and instructions provided by our instructors
  • Inform us of any health conditions or injuries that may affect your participation
  • Use our services responsibly and within your physical capabilities
  • Respect other participants and our staff
  • Arrive on time for scheduled sessions

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking

Sessions can be booked through our website, phone, or email. Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred time slot.

Cancellation

  • 24+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule at no charge
  • Less than 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee applies
  • No-show: Full session fee charged
  • Emergency circumstances: Evaluated case-by-case

Weather Policy

In case of severe weather conditions, we may need to cancel or reschedule sessions for safety reasons. In such cases, no cancellation fees apply.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of service or as agreed in advance
  • We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers
  • Package deals must be paid in full before the first session
  • Refunds are processed according to our cancellation policy
  • Late payment fees may apply for overdue accounts

6. Health and Safety

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that physical activity involves inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in our services.

Health Disclosures

You must disclose any health conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect your participation. Failure to disclose relevant health information may void our liability coverage.

Emergency Procedures

In case of injury or emergency during a session, we will provide immediate first aid and contact emergency services if necessary.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Secureretailerg's liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
  • You participate in our services at your own risk
  • Our liability does not extend to personal property damage or loss

All content, materials, and methods used in our services are the intellectual property of Secureretailerg. You may not:

  • Record, copy, or distribute our proprietary techniques

These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
